Once you start with our membership we give you 3 days to experience our workspace. If you are not satisfied with our services within 3 days, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request to cancel your membership and We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on your detailed feedback for the reason of cancellation of your membership.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 Working Days.
You are eligible for a refund after 3 Days only on the following criteria:
If a person in our staff misbehaved with you while you were working inside our premises, by the means of Profanity in Speech or Physical Force.
If the services promised to you were not delivered upto your expectations, for which a complete grievance shall be required from you.
If the workspace is damaged due to natural disaster or theft, you will be eligible for a refund on the basis of investigation reports stating any loss to you or your belongings.
Any other criteria except the above shall be scrutinised by an Individual Auditor appointed by the CEO or the CEO Himself for further clarifications. No refund shall be processed if the member wishes to opt out after 3 Days of signing the membership form with the Workspace.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
